Store Policies

Please read our return policies. We tried to do our best to keep them simple.
  • All returns must be notified in advance. For all defective or unwanted products please email CustomerService@moviesrfun.com with "Return" or "Exchange" in the subject line. Please provide your Order Number, name and address and a brief explanation for the reason for your return. You may also contact us toll free at (877) 4.U.STORE Monday-Friday 10am-6pm PST. prior to sending the product back.
  • You can also request a free return shipping label from us by calling us toll free at (877) 4.U.STORE Monday-Friday10am-5pm PST. or by emailing us.
  • All items must be returned within 15 days of receipt for refund, exchange, or credit.
  • For all orders please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.
  • Please obtain a tracking number from the shipping carrier when sending a return. We are not responsible for returns lost on the way to us.
When returning your package please include:
  • Order Number.
  • A description of the problem.
  • A description stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.
Returning of malfunctioned or wrongfully shipped items
  • All items must be returned within 15 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
  • Shipping charges will be refunded after we have received and verify the condition of the item and check malfunctioning items.
  • Wrongfully shipped items won't be accepted if their packaging is open and or item show sign of use.
  • Items returned for malfunction where an exchange has been authorized will be shipped out via Standard mail service at no extra charge.
Returning of unwanted items
  • All items must be returned within 15 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
  • We cannot accept unwanted items that are opened or were used.
  • Unwanted oils and lubricants won't be accepted for return under any circumstances.
  • We are not responsible for any shipping charges for the items.
  • Exchanged items will be shipped via Standard service at no extra charge.
